Awords does work its just because you dont no how to use it, everything from title to desc needs to revolve around your keyword - you prob dont get any ROI because the keywords your pushing are not niche enough to your industry.O and the info Matt Cutts is giving is excellent obv he isnt going to give all the secrets to google algorithms but he is saying keywords in title tag and good content revolving around your keywords, with content updates which is the blog.
