A month and a half back I received a newsletter email from one of the better known internet marketing gurus. It says something like this -

There is a new site that just went in beta. You are one of the first people to know about it.
I just got a REAL personal email from the owner of the site. He asked me and 2 other people to let the site go live to the world in Beta.
The owner of the site was a speaker at my workshop earlier this year. When he spoke
about this site, he was literally mobbed back stage for 2 hours.
Why?
Well, the truth is YouTube.com is a phenomena but it is also filled with so much junk like people reciting Gieco commercials or doing the chicken dance in their basement.
This new site is combining ecommerce with the YouTube concept.

This site has an affiliate program that allows you to embed video on any site you want
just like YouTube. But when the person goes to the site and makes a purchase, you get
paid.
That’s right… You get paid for promoting other peoples videos.

This is Web 2.0 at it’s best. The videos have the latest technology to that will allow
ratings, relevancy, and scoring.

I must admit here that this was the first time that I ever heard of Free IQ or it’s founder Brad Fallon. Remember that at that time StomperNet was yet to reopen it’s doors. It’s only after StomperNet opened it’s doors when I came to know about Brab and his works. He is the coolest guy on the planet. Now, what is Free IQ ?
Free IQ ( www.freeiq.com ) is a Marketplace for Ideas – that’s what Brad Fallon love to call it and it’s their official slogan.
First it is a marketplace for people who are looking for more information about a special subject. Free IQ provides a search engine where you can search for this information. The search results will display free content as well as paid content. That’s the basic feature of Free IQ, a sort of Google search engine. A big difference is you can profit from it.
