Twitter plugin for Skype
October 4, 2007 – 4:02 amNow you can Twitter right from your Skype window. An excellent tool for the frequent Skype user. It’s called Twitter4Skype. And here’s what you need to do -
- Add twitter4skype to your Skype contact.
- Type the following as a chat message to twitter4skype. Make sure it is a single chat message:
/account (shift+return)
yourtwitteraccountname (shift+return)
yourtwitteraccountpassword (shift+return) – send - You’d get a return message: twitter4skype Registration complete!
- Now all you have to do is write a chat message to twitter4skype and almost instantly the the entry
will appear on your Twitter account. And whenever there is a new entry from you or the members you are following, Skype will open up a window and let you view that.
Isn’t that pretty cool.
