Get Innovative With Website Submission
October 28, 2008 – 5:26 amIt is very important that you always look out for newer ways to acquire back-links for your website. Manual directory submission, article submission and social bookmarking are some of the well known methods that almost everybody follows. There’s hardly any tweaks that you can apply to directory submission apart from using multiple titles and descriptions. The same is true about article submission. If possible try to submit unique articles at least to each of the following directories -
- Ezineartcles.com
- Isnare.com
- Associated Content
- GoArticles.com
- E-topic.com
To get back links, you can insert anchor texts and URLs in the resource box or the author’s area. But to avoid the duplicate content issue you should submit separate articles to each of the above mentioned directories. However these directories don’t accept content that have already been published. After you have done this you can proceed to submit any one of these articles or even better a fresh article to the rest of the article directories ( there are 100s of them). That’s the best strategy you can adapt for article submission.
Social Bookmarking is one of the newer link building methods. And if done properly you can expect huge results from social bookmarking. Even simply submitting to the social bookmarking sites could help you a lot. But to gain maximum advantage from social bookmarking you need to learn and do a bit more. Actually there’s no limit to what you can do with social bookmarking. For example, whenever I publish a post to this blog the link to it automatically get posted to at least 15 Web 2.0 sites via Ping.fm, it also gets pinged by Technorati and several other services. And that’s only a small part of the total social bokmarking and Web 2.0 job that you can do to promote your site.
So, what else you can do ? I’ll try to explain it on my next post.
Until then . . .

Articles also play some part in internet marketing. As articles are read by visitors there are more chances for visitors coming to the sites. Articles should be relevant to the theme of the site
